Cody Renner is a licensed agent in WY. Growing up hunting, fishing, & recreating from the Wind River Range to the Southeastern Plains, Cody has been blessed to call Wyoming home. With more time spent outdoors than most, he has a great appreciation for the benefits that Wyoming boasts. He understands the importance of a healthy property and habitat conservation, a viewpoint held by sportsmen and ranchers alike.
His education in Civil Engineering with a focus on environmental/hydrological and structural helps him understand how to develop land properly and when not to develop is important to protecting wildlife/natural resources. Cody believes that hard work coupled with integrity is what builds communities and that as Wyomingites, we have a responsibility to keep our state wild. Over his lifetime, Cody has seen the small communities of Wyoming benefit and evolve as they hold true to those morals.
With a competitive drive for being the best combined with an eye for detail, he enjoys the challenge of finding real estate properties that meet high-quality expectations. You should expect he works just as hard as you have to make sure your real estate goals are achieved when marketing your current or acquiring your next ranch, recreational property, home, or investment.
I’ve been procrastinating on writing this review because I truly don’t know where to begin and end. Our experience with Cody was beyond comparison. We were blessed from the moment we first interacted with Hayden Outdoors and Cody Renner. He was top notch from beginning to end. Actually, I don’t think we’ve ended, he still is scheduled to meet us this Saturday with raspberries and hopefully some time to celebrate the good work that he did and the phenomenal property we now own. Cody was beyond the normal experience you’d expect to have in the real estate business. Of course he was well organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and engaging. But outside of what you’d expect from any professional, he was incredibly thoughtful, caring, forward thinking, energetic, and innovative. He was able to share our vision for the property and even expand upon our ideas. He is incredibly bright, currently a student studying civil engineering. He was able to actively engage in conversations between us and the engineer we had surveying/assessing any needs related to the river flow/bank erosion control on the property. If that all isn’t enough, he also understood home construction enough to brainstorm with us on possible future renovations. Cody was one of the most polite young men I’ve ever met and frequently referenced his parents in a wonderful light which just reinforced his wonderful character. Again, I can’t say enough. He did so much more than I mentioned. I hope he remains as a friend in our lives moving forward. Thank you Cody.
