Born and raised on Colorado’s eastern plains, Sara learned strong values and hard work early on. After earning her degree from Colorado State University and soaking in the beauty of the Front Range, she moved to western Kansas in 1998. Embracing the rural life and enjoying everything from horses to cattle, helping with brandings, planting tree rows and whatever else needed doing-always with a “never quit until it’s done right” attitude.
Sara’s 18 years of banking and agricultural lending experience, combined with 8 years of corporate accounting and regulatory expertise, make her a valuable asset. She’s always ready to roll up her sleeves and dig in where needed. Her no-nonsense approach ensures that she’s just as comfortable in a boardroom as she is helping gather and work cattle.
Sara is devoted to her three beautiful daughters, who keep her laughing and bring immense pride as they grow into independent young women. Her time at home is spent landscaping and gardening, while her little pug, Charlotte, is her faithful companion. Her love for new experiences and adventure led her to continue a family tradition of women Harley-Davidson riders that began with her aunt in 1948. Sara revels in the speed, freedom, and beauty found along our great nation’s two-lane roads.
