Mollie brings a decade of outdoor industry sales experience to her work as a land specialist with Hayden Outdoors, where she has spent the past several years helping clients buy and sell farm, ranch, and recreational properties throughout Michigan and Wisconsin. Her deep knowledge of the land — paired with a genuine passion for agriculture and outdoor recreation — has equipped her with a unique skill set for guiding clients through every step of the transaction. That combination of expertise and authentic connection to the land has helped her build lasting client relationships and establish herself as a trusted name in the region’s land real estate market.

Raised in a ranching family across Colorado and Wyoming, Mollie has a lifelong appreciation for outdoor recreation, wildlife conservation, and time spent with family. She shares that passion for life on the land with her husband, Nic, a Michigan native who introduced her to the state’s abundant hunting and fishing opportunities. In 2020, the couple purchased hunting property in Northern Michigan — and fell so in love with the area that they relocated there shortly after.

Now based in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Mollie and Nic spend their free time hunting, fishing, skiing, and soaking in the region’s natural beauty. She currently resides in Iron Mountain, MI, and represents Hayden Outdoors throughout Michigan and Wisconsin.
