Matt Bryant

Matt Bryant is the Operations Manager for Hayden Outdoors. Matt and his family moved to Windsor Colorado in 2012. Matt’s wife of 30 years, Kristi, is a teacher for the Poudre School District. They have two kids, Amanda and Nathan. Both graduated from Windsor High School and live in the area. They have also been blessed with two grandsons and love spending time with them.

Matt has always enjoyed working to create opportunities for growth for himself and his teammates. He enjoys finding ways to serve others. Matt has been an entrepreneur for most of his life. He has owned and operated school bus contracting and charter bus companies in New Mexico as well as NAPA Auto Parts businesses. Matt came to Colorado after accepting the director of transportation position for Poudre Schools and was promoted to the chief operations officer in 2018. As COO for Poudre School District, Matt was responsible for the security, transportation, construction, facilities, planning, and child nutrition departments and served on the superintendent’s cabinet.

Matt enjoys hunting, fishing, flying, and is a motorhead at heart. He enjoys working on vehicles and any aviation. Being outdoors is where he feels most comfortable and spending time with his family is always a priority. “I am grateful for the opportunity to work with the family of Hayden Outdoors and look forward to getting to personally know as many of my teammates as possible”.
