Since beginning his real estate career in 2018, Cord has built a successful career representing farmers, ranchers, landowners, and buyers, with more than $100 million in career real estate sales.

Based in Valentine, Nebraska, in the heart of the Sandhills, Cord brings a lifetime of agricultural and ranching experience to his real estate career. Growing up in the Sandhills gave him a firsthand understanding of the land, livestock, and lifestyle that define agriculture across the Great Plains. That background allows him to connect with landowners on a personal level and understand the unique considerations that come with buying and selling farms, ranches, recreational properties, and other agricultural real estate.

Cord attended North Platte Community College, where he earned an associate degree in Agribusiness. While attending college, he was a member of the Mid-Plains Community College rodeo team, competing in bareback riding and steer wrestling. He continues to compete in bulldogging during the summer rodeo season and spends as much time as possible horseback.

Outside of real estate and rodeo, Cord enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Kylee, and their four children, Adaline, Wynn, Wacy, and Asa. He is also passionate about spending time with friends and family and staying involved in the communities he serves.

With a combination of agricultural knowledge, real estate experience, and a genuine understanding of the land and the people who work it, Cord is committed to providing his clients with knowledgeable representation and a strategic approach to marketing and selling agricultural real estate.
