Erin Pearcey

Erin grew up just outside Houston, Texas, where her family’s ranch sparked her passion for agriculture and the western lifestyle. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University while working full-time as an assistant trainer and barn manager.

After graduation, Erin began her career in banking before transitioning to Hayden Outdoors as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where she enjoys supporting the team and continuing to grow her knowledge in finance. Outside of work, she is pursuing her MBA at the University of Colorado Boulder and enjoys spending time with her husband and riding her two horses.
