Erin Spjut

Erin was born and raised outside of Houston, Texas. Coming from a strong agricultural background growing up helping out on her family’s ranch, Erin fell in love with horses at a young age. She has competed in a variety of disciplines and has been teaching lessons for over 10 years. She moved to Colorado in 2020 to attend Colorado State University where she received her bachelor’s of science degree while also working full-time as an assistant trainer and barn manager. After college, Erin began working in banking with a role focused on business development, finance, and sales.

This experience developed her expertise and passion for finance leading to her transition to Hayden Outdoors working in Accounts Payable. Erin is always eager to learn something new and help out wherever needed. Outside of work, Erin is currently getting her Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Colorado Boulder and is developing her own young horses.
