Shane Tillison

Born and raised in Oklahoma, I have built my career on hard work, integrity, leadership, and a commitment to serving others. Growing up in Wellston, Oklahoma, I have always had a passion for land ownership, agriculture, wildlife management, Whitetail hunting, and training of deer tracking dogs. Having owned and sold a farm in Kansas for one of the highest prices per-acre in the area, I understand firsthand the importance of maximizing property value and helping clients achieve their goals. Today, my family owns and manages a ranch near Sallisaw, Oklahoma, where we focus on wildlife habitat improvement and whitetail deer management.

I graduated from Wellston high school in 1986 while earning multiple athletic honors in baseball and football. Following high school, I pursued a baseball scholarship at Phillips University before earning a Bachelors of Arts in Criminology from the University of Central Oklahoma. I was later hired by the Garden City, Kansas Police Department, where I served with honor and dedication, eventually attaining the rank of Master Patrol. The experience taught me the value of trust, communication, problem-solving and building strong relationships-qualities that continue to guide me today.

Following my law enforcement career, I transitioned into the private sector and co-founded a successful millwork company with my brother. Our business continues to thrive today and has further strengthened my skills in customer service, negotiations, project management, and business operations. Most recently, I completed my real estate certification at the Oklahoma Real Estate Academy.

My wife and I have been married for 27 years and are proud parents of twin daughters who have both graduated from college and are pursuing full careers of their own. Family, faith, and community remain at the center of my life and continue to shape how I serve others.

My diverse background in public service, business ownership, and land management provides me with a unique perspective that I bring to the real estate profession.
