Michael Heatherly

Michael is licensed in Alabama and Georgia and specializes in recreational, hunting and investment timberland tracts. He has 18 years of experience managing timberland as a professional forester and is a registered forester in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi. With his background in forestry and land management, he loves helping transform ordinary properties into high-end hunting and recreational tracts.

He currently resides in Auburn, Alabama with his wife, 4-year-old son and two dogs. His family is actively involved in Christ Methodist Church in Auburn. He is a passionate hunter and loves to travel across the country hunting new places.

In 2022, he was recognized with the “Outstanding Young Forester” Award from the Society of American Foresters – Alabama Division and the “Forest Conservationist of the Year” from the Alabama Wildlife Federation. Michael was also recognized as an Individual Top Producer for the Southeast Region from Land Star Awards for the 2nd quarter of 2024.
