Chadwell is a Colorado Native with roots in the Sangre de Cristo Valley, which his family homesteaded, and Delta County, where his family operated outfitting businesses and a sawmill. His love of the outdoors started young and was intensified by each of his childhood experiences and now the ones he gets to share with his son. Good morning Chad. Just a short Thank You for the professionalism you have shown Charlotte and I on listing and the sell of our Colorado property. Even though Charlotte and I live thousands of miles from our Co cabin You stepped up and did everything we should have done like rolling your sleeves up and cleaning our cabin and preparing it to show. Next you told us you had it ready to list and I think it was maybe one week you notified us that you had an offer coming !! Well that offer was so close to our listing price that we did not have to counter and just accepted their offer. I could go on but Chad I just wanted you to know that I am blown away by the way you have made this sale possible. I would like to say it was a pleasure working with such a Professional as Chad. He had a willingness to roll up his sleeves and get in there and do whatever needed to be done to get our cabin and property ready for listing. He found an all cash buyer with no contingencies which helped us. He was even able to talk the buyer into another 50,000 which was closer to the price we preferred. He was able to do that because he could see the value and potential of where our property was located for the interests of his buyer. We searched for answers then we found Chad. We knew our horse property was in a prime location but it needed work. We had done a lot, the bones were good, but it certainly was not pretty. Chad came in, made a list of what had to happen, came back several times to make sure it was happening, then we sold, offer came first day, over asking amount (asking amount was $250,000 more than others told us we could get) Home met appraisal. Add to this Chad's difficulties with sellers that hate the internet and were moving livestock and household out of state. He delivered, met us at closing in title company office, closed the deal by running errands from us to title company over a few weeks. He sighed occasionally but never complained maintaining professionalism the whole time. KUDOS!!
