James grew up in the beautiful deserts of Southern New Mexico best known for our world renown Hatch green chile and delicious Mexican cuisine. Spending time on his family’s farm, James enjoyed his time in the great outdoors four wheeling, hunting, horseback riding and spending time with family and friends. This culturally diverse community taught James the value of understanding peoples needs and the ability to appreciate every individual.

After graduating from New Mexico State University with a degree in Business Computer Systems, James was hired by IBM and moved to Longmont CO. James spent the next 16 years as a Project Management Professional leading highly complex, large Network buildouts for companies such as Southwest Airlines, Royal Dutch Shell Oil, Charter Communications and American Airlines.

James acquired his CO Real Estate license in 2006 and in 2020, decided to pursue this passion for helping people through real estate acquisition. James brings a lifetime of Real Estate knowledge, coupled with high level of corporate experience and the ability to see a project through from initiation to closing, helping his clients to realize their dreams and build wealth.

James continues to find happiness in Colorado’s back 40, camping, hunting and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. As a servant leader in the Berthoud CO community, James is the President of the Berthoud Wrestling Club and enjoys supporting kids through athletics.

James looks forward to helping you find your dream property!
