The second major sale for the Hayden team pushes their recognition among large landowners that they know land and know real estate enough to sell big ranches.
One of our first significant sales in North America helps to launch more marketing and advertising.
“Three Guys in a Truck” drive across Kansas to meet with Cabela’s ownership in Sydney , NE and sign on as members of their new real estate marketing division.
Naming the company by following their passion for the great outdoors expands their market to include hunting and fishing properties.
New offices expand the brand and begin to bring on growth in the mountain states, and Dax and Seth base out of Windsor.
The team presents a water sale to a new developer and lock down a significant deal that secures building for the largest retail growth center in Northern Colorado.
Joining the family business, Dax uses his banking background to launch his career in real estate sales.
After graduating from Kansas State University and a brief stint in Lending, Seth joins his father’s company to sell real estate.
Leo and Judy move back to Goodland to raise their children and set up offices, where we still have an office to this day.
Answering an ad in a local paper to help a ranch sell, Leo negotiates multiple deals to sell a ranch “Down Under”.
Leo needed to find work but wanted to get out of ranching, so he decided to work for a family member selling real estate. He specialized in working with farms and ranches for sale near Hays, Kansas.
The Hayden cattle herd of over 500 are almost all wiped out from a massive snow storm in Western Kansas near Goodland.
