Duncan Clark

Duncan Clark grew up in West Texas, where he developed a deep understanding of cattle, wildlife, and the management of rangeland and wildlife habitats. This early connection to the land sparked his lifelong passion for agricultural and recreational ranching operations.

Spending summers on his family’s working ranch in Wyoming, Duncan gained hands-on experience in the complex management of western recreational and production ranches. His love for the outdoors—especially archery hunting elk and deer, and fly fishing the lakes, rivers, and streams of the West—led him to attend Colorado State University, where he earned degrees in Real Estate and Finance.

Duncan’s professional background is equally diverse. He has extensive experience working with mineral and water rights through his previous roles in the oilfield industry and has guided clients as a fly-fishing, big game, and waterfowl guide—deepening his expertise in the very industries that drive recreational land brokerage.

With a wealth of knowledge in agricultural and recreational land use, Duncan offers a unique perspective when evaluating land, water, and recreational assets on operational ranches. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate the important considerations that come with buying or selling land.

An avid outdoorsman and conservationist, Duncan is an active member of Ducks Unlimited, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and Trout Unlimited.
