Lexa Treadwell

Lexa grew up in Colorado, where time spent camping, fishing, and exploring the outdoors with her family inspired a lifelong appreciation for the land and the lifestyle it represents. She attended college in Kansas on an athletic scholarship and earned a degree in Public Relations.

With nearly two decades of experience in marketing, branding, sales, and executive leadership support, Lexa serves as the Director of Marketing for Hayden Outdoors. Throughout her career, she has helped lead company branding, advertising, public relations, trade show marketing, digital strategy, and national marketing initiatives while supporting one of the country’s leading land brokerages. Having previously worked with Hayden Outdoors before expanding her experience in sales, marketing, and product development, she returned to the company in 2020 to help strengthen the Hayden Outdoors brand and support its continued growth across the country.

Lexa works closely with company leadership, agents, and industry partners to develop innovative marketing strategies that showcase exceptional farms, ranches, recreational, luxury, and sporting properties while maintaining the values and reputation that have defined Hayden Outdoors since 1976.

Lexa, her husband, and their daughter call the Ozarks home, where they enjoy life on their family farm. Whether spending time on the lake, exploring the woods, gardening, canning, or gathering with family and friends, she values the rural lifestyle that makes her role at Hayden Outdoors especially meaningful.
