Ben Boehmig is a third-generation real estate broker with a unique blend of land management expertise and a passion for the outdoors. After earning a degree in Forestry Fire Science from Colorado State University, he spent three years fighting wildland fires, developing a strong work ethic and commitment to land conservation. He then worked as a fly fishing and hunting guide for four years, including three seasons in Bristol Bay, Alaska, where he guided anglers on world-class trout and salmon fisheries.

An avid angler, upland hunter, and conservationist, Ben is an active member of his local Pheasants Forever chapter and a former Trout Unlimited Bristol Bay Guide ambassador. He is dedicated to giving back through conservation efforts. With his deep knowledge of land use and love for the outdoors, Ben offers a unique perspective in real estate, helping both buyers and sellers navigate their land transactions.
