Raised in a small Western Kansas town, Ron’s upbringing instilled in him the values he still leads with today—work ethic, respect, humility, and a deep desire to help others.

Before transitioning into real estate, Ron blossomed from a small-town recruit into one of college basketball’s premier players. During his four years at Wichita State, he helped guide the Shockers into a golden era marked by three conference titles, four NCAA Tournament trips, nine NCAA Tournament wins, and a historic 2013 Final Four appearance. His accolades include being a John R. Wooden Award Second Team All-American and a three-time First Team All-Missouri Valley Conference selection. Ron went on to play professionally for four years with the New York Knicks, Washington Wizards, and CSKA Moscow in Russia.

Today, Ron channels the same discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive that defined his basketball career into serving the people of Kansas. His passion for the land, rural communities, and the state’s long-term prosperity guides his work with clients looking to sell or buy agricultural, recreational, or development properties. Ron’s goal is simple: to deliver honest service, build lasting relationships, and help Kansans make confident decisions about the land that means so much to them.

When he’s not working with clients, Ron enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and traveling with his wife and two daughters.
