From the cool rivers and trout streams of the North Georgia mountains to the emerald waters of Florida’s panhandle, Sandy’s life has been shaped by land, water, and family. She grew up fishing native brown trout on her family’s property, sliding down the rocks of the waterfalls and with simple Southern traditions—fish fries, homemade sausage biscuits, and campfire stories. Those early years instilled in her a lifelong appreciation for land, water, and the simple beauty of being in the outdoors.

A Georgia Tech graduate, Sandy gained experience in sales, project management, data networking and negotiated major nationwide telecom contracts. This experience harpened her strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex, multi-million-dollar transactions—skills that now serve her clients well in the real estate world. As a broker, Sandy specializes in luxury homes, waterfront and country estate properties, farms, and acreage across Florida.

Sandy enjoys boating, swimming, creating art, and spending time with her four successful children and grandchildren —her greatest joy and accomplishment.
