Celisa Sedivy

Growing up as a farm kid participating in 4-H and FFA, then studying agriculture, horticulture,
animal science, working on Ranches, frequenting and helping out on my childhood friends
family dairy farm taught me about the land, growing crops and animals. Being involved in the
building of our family farm and working in the construction industry in my early adulthood
taught me the basics of construction. My push and drive in life brought me to the top of my
career in Healthcare working in the top Hospital system in Oregon where I learned to relate with
people on a deeper level allowing for a more personal experience. Hunting, fishing and
recreating in the outdoors was and is a big part of my life broadening my knowledge of nature
and the land around us. Moving to Alaska over 10 years ago was the first step in making the rest
of my life’s dreams come true and bringing me back to my roots through Homesteading and
living a self-sustaining lifestyle.
My love for the land doesn’t stop here, I’m also involved in the community and volunteer with
Way out Women Snow-machine club, a local nonprofit that gives grants to cancer patients on
the Kenai Peninsula, and Ducks Unlimited because I believe in the conservation of our land.
I specialize in selling remote/off-grid homes and land but, always happy to assist with all types
