I grew up in a beautiful farming and ranching community in southwest Colorado and I am blessed to call this area home. Growing up I enjoyed roaming the mountains, foothills, and ranches in search big game animals as well as small game and predators. If I’m not out selling real estate, my wife and I can usually be found enjoying time on our boat and camping at a local lake.
In my early years, I worked for numerous farmers and ranchers and learned a lot about the farm and ranch life. Those lessons included learning a good work ethic, what hard work is all about and the rewards that come from giving it your best effort. Something else I learned from those farmers and ranchers is a love and appreciation for the land. One of my favorite parts of my job is getting to spend time out on properties and experiencing the unique qualities that each property has to offer.
My interest in real estate sales began as a customer, buying and selling personal and investment properties, and that eventually evolved into a full-time career as a real estate broker. I have been dedicated to helping my clients to achieve their real estate goals for over 23 years and I find great satisfaction in guiding my clients through what can be a complicated process. I have been one of the top producing brokers in the Durango area throughout my career, having closed over 400 real estate transactions, totaling over $100 Million in sales. I am dedicated to helping my clients to find the perfect property for their needs or to help them to market and sell their current property to transition into the next chapter of their lives. I strive to provide the highest level of service and expertise to each of my clients and to utilize all of my experience and skills to guide my clients smoothly through the entire transaction.
