Justin’s story begins along the Platte River of central Nebraska where he learned the value of hard work and grew an appreciation for the strength of the American farmer and outdoorsman. He grew up in Lexington, NE a small agricultural community in the heart of cattle country where he enjoyed playing sports and worked summers for a local contractor establishing a work ethic second to none. After leaving Lexington, he attended Hastings College in Hastings, NE where he was able to earn scholarships to play football and golf, graduating with a Marketing Degree. Justin married his longtime girlfriend and high school sweetheart, Erin, and eventually settled down in Windsor, CO where they are raising two children, Jack and Elise. As a father, he knows the importance of passing along the knowledge of hunting and fishing as well as teaching kids to be good stewards of the land.
Justin began his professional career in construction in 2009 when he started a construction company and completed hundreds of successful projects over more than a decade, earning his ICC Residential Class C License and his ICC Commercial Class B License. Also during that time he excelled at customer service and learned countless negotiation strategies, all while establishing a reputation for quality workmanship and timely completions. He eventually sold his construction company to a longtime company employee in January 2021.
Negotiating the terms of a Real Estate contract can be tricky, but with more than a decade of negotiating complex construction contracts he has the knowledge and experience you can count on. Now, as a proud member of the Hayden Outdoors Real Estate team and being licensed in Colorado and Nebraska, he will put his work ethic and attention to detail to work for his clients every step of the way.
