Gene Bock has farmed and ranched in Southeast Nebraska for over 50 years on land that has been in his family for nearly 125 years. Through those years with the help of the Natural Resources and Conservation Service and the Nebraska Game and Parks, he has continued to manage and improve his land. By terracing farmland, seeding grasslands, timber management, and developing water sources, he has increased the value of his land while conserving both soil and water as well as improving wildlife habitat.
He has served on various Church and County Boards, served as a 4-H Leader, and continues to participate in the Southeast Community College Internship Program.
Gene is a lifetime member of the American Hereford Association. He was awarded the 2020 Breeder of the Year by the Nebraska Hereford Association for his work in the development and sales of F-1 replacement heifers.
Gene and his wife Janet continue to live on the same farm where he was raised. His family enjoys all things involving agriculture. They have two adult children, Ann and Aaron.
He has gained valuable experience in the Real Estate business since earning his licenses in 2017. Gene is super excited to share his knowledge and experience in helping his clients with their Real Estate goals. He is honored to become part of the Hayden Outdoors Real Estate Family!
