  • Nebraska produced nearly $85 million, reflecting strong activity in agricultural land and hunting properties throughout the state.
  • Kansas contributed over $78 million, with recreational and tillable ground drawing consistent attention from buyers throughout the year.
  • Missouri rounded out the top states with nearly $44 million in closed transactions.

Austin Callison followed closely with over $120 million in sales. He also earned the organization’s highest honor, the Top Gun Award, recognizing him as the top individual salesperson in the company for 2025.
