I wanted to introduce ourselves, Paul and I (Terri) recently sold our Tailwater ranch in Cimarron Colorado. We are writing this letter to share our recent experience with Greg Liddle and that sale. Greg is the hardest working realtor we have ever met. He truly worked for our best interests and had a deep understanding of our ranch market. We had two prior realtors prior to Greg, who failed to market or show much interest in our property. Greg and the great marketing team of Hayden Outdoors were proactive and brought several buyers to our property. They shared with those buyers our vision. Hayden’s marketing brochures, video’s and website were unsurpassed. Our first offer turned out to have a lot of obstacles. Greg was able to provide the great feedback for the decisions we had to make about those obstacles. He was extremely professional to all parties involved. We decided to not continue with the first offer and Greg was able to quickly follow up with a new buyer. He did an excellent job of matching our needs with the needs of the new party involved. The Hayden Outdoors teams work as hard as Greg and were willing to work at odd hours and weekends to do whatever was needed to pull any loose ends together. Greg’s team was excellent at communications and always had clear explanations for our questions and understanding. We are planning to continue working with Greg and Hayden Outdoors with “Life on the Water” Their integrity and ethics have made us comfortable with continuing business with them and investing more of our assets in real estate. We have never met a harder working, more dedicated team and highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling their property.

In April of this year Casey Mayer helped my wife and I purchase a home in the Zuni Mountains of New Mexico. Casey was a joy to work with. She made that 214 mile trip from her home base every time it was necessary without hesitation. And, it was especially comforting to have her attend the closing. After closing she didn’t just drop us. She followed up with the title company, and the seller and made sure their post sale obligations were fulfilled. With Casey’s help, we now have a wonderful new home that we are loving. If we ever sell this place, we won’t hesitate to ask Casey and Hayden Outdoors to list it for us.

Manny was great with helping us purchase our new home. He was easily available to show us the ranch and answered all of our questions quickly and accurately, and if he didn’t have an answer he found it and relayed it to us in a timely manner. Dale Smigelsky has done an outstanding job in getting our house sold in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. He truly goes well beyond the efforts of all the agents that I know. He responded to plumbing emergencies right before closing and worked with an agent on the other side who was somewhat new. He was able to put together this closing amid many obstacles. He provided very good advice regarding the best techniques for getting our house sold including a price reduction that was very well timed that attracted the buyers. I have worked many real estate deals and have made a lot of money on real estate. He is by far the best agent that I have ever worked with on a real estate deal and we made excellent profit on the deal he was able to put together.

Ashley was such an amazing realtor! We took a while to view many country homes with acres and Ashley was always patient and happy to show them. I have never enjoyed the buying process so much and that credit goes to Ashley. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for land nearby!!!!!

We hired Brent Hedrick as our buyer’s broker once we had chosen a ranch property we wanted to make an offer on.
