We searched for answers then we found Chad. We knew our horse property was in a prime location but it needed work. We had done a lot, the bones were good, but it certainly was not pretty. Chad came in, made a list of what had to happen, came back several times to make sure it was happening, then we sold, offer came first day, over asking amount (asking amount was $250,000 more than others told us we could get) Home met appraisal. Add to this Chad's difficulties with sellers that hate the internet and were moving livestock and household out of state. He delivered, met us at closing in title company office, closed the deal by running errands from us to title company over a few weeks. He sighed occasionally but never complained maintaining professionalism the whole time. KUDOS!!
