We live in a small town, and most people knew we were on the road to down-sizing and selling our custom-built home and acreage. Mike, along with a videographer and camera crew, created an amazing video presentation and brochure to market our property. Not only did it showcase our home and property for a prospective buyer, but we now have an incredible video to go with the memories of our long-time family home. Dr. Christopher Licata has been an exceptional, and I truly mean exceptional, resource as we looked at a variety of land options within Colorado, primarily in and around Evergreen, Larkspur, and off the 285 corridor. He helped us understand not only the legal and procedural nuances, but also walked us through our final property to assess tree health and soil type as well as discuss potential fire mitigation plans. I’ve been procrastinating on writing this review because I truly don’t know where to begin and end. Our experience with Cody was beyond comparison. We were blessed from the moment we first interacted with Hayden Outdoors and Cody Renner. He was top notch from beginning to end. Actually, I don’t think we’ve ended, he still is scheduled to meet us this Saturday with raspberries and hopefully some time to celebrate the good work that he did and the phenomenal property we now own. Cody was beyond the normal experience you’d expect to have in the real estate business. Of course he was well organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and engaging. But outside of what you’d expect from any professional, he was incredibly thoughtful, caring, forward thinking, energetic, and innovative. He was able to share our vision for the property and even expand upon our ideas. He is incredibly bright, currently a student studying civil engineering. He was able to actively engage in conversations between us and the engineer we had surveying/assessing any needs related to the river flow/bank erosion control on the property. If that all isn’t enough, he also understood home construction enough to brainstorm with us on possible future renovations. Cody was one of the most polite young men I’ve ever met and frequently referenced his parents in a wonderful light which just reinforced his wonderful character. Again, I can’t say enough.
