Brock Merkel was very open and honest with me about the online auction process, his fee, and what he though our land would bring. I gave him a number I "needed" and he thought he could get there. We came in $100 over my preferred amount. Brock kept in constant contact with me, asked if he could film, put up a deer camera, an auction sign, and was just very respectful of our land.
