I have had the pleasure of knowing Laurie for the past two years. When I decided to sell my fifty year old barn that I had totally remodeled into a one bedroom one bath home that sits on eleven acres , In Ruidoso Downs New Mexico The property has been in my family for fifty two years. There was a lot of personal attachment involved, It is were I grew up. so as you can imagine I needed a realtor that would not only handle the sell , but would keep the Integrity of the property in tack with the new owners. I want to take a moment to comment on my experience with McKenzi Green who helped me sell one property and purchase another all within a month’s time. I had been looking for the best real estate agent for what I considered a unique and possibly difficult transaction.
