In the 6 months since I have met and started working with JC, I have more than found a competent realtor, I have a trusted advisor and someone who is quickly becoming a close friend. I am a new agricultural land investor with limited experience and knowledge in this asset class. I initially contacted one of JC’s competitors but was quickly frustrated with his follow-up and lack of communication. I’m a cash buyer and I couldn’t get him to return a call!
