We were well pleased with Cord in the sale of our land. He did all the paper work and all the talking to the buyers and landlords, etc. and making sure paper work was well organized and completed correctly and lined up the trust funds, dealing with the people involved in the sale and dealing with the offers that were made and title company and everything needed to be done on selling our property, while we were in Texas and not there personally being our representative. We feel he did a great job.

Cord was always available by phone, text, email and personal visits to assure us in our decision and to answer any and all questions. In our case, we had three co-owners, so Cord fielded questions from all of us in a prompt and considerate manner. In addition to Cord as an agent, we were extremely impressed with the marketing of our land. My top marketing favorite was the on-line drone video of the land. The video really captured the uniqueness of our property we had always appreciated. I would not hesitate to list with Cord again. Honestly, I don’t how our land sale could have promoted any better.
