He did all the paper work and all the talking to the buyers and landlords, etc. and making sure paper work was well organized and completed correctly and lined up the trust funds, dealing with the people involved in the sale and dealing with the offers that were made and title company and everything needed to be done on selling our property, while we were in Texas and not there personally being our representative.
