Dan Fox worked his tail off to understand the elements and challenges related to my listing. This was a complex 1,250+ acre property ranging from river frontage to steep mountainous terrain including pastures and diverse wildlife. He did significant research to evaluate the set asking price that reflected what the property truly had to offer. As the listing took several weeks to find the right buyer, he reshot the entire ranch photos (including drone footage) when the true spring beauty bloomed and the property was in its most presentable state. He also revised the listing description a couple times to improve and capture the overall essence of the property. He changed up the listing photographs every couple weeks to refresh the listing view pages keeping the listing with an overall new look. He was present at every showing and ready to go with the right vehicle to accommodate the terrain.
At the end of the day, Dan treated the sale as if it was his own property and not just “another listing”. He listened carefully to the feedback of interested parties and never stopped presenting the property. He followed through to the close and even afterwards just to check in on the new property I purchased. You would be hard pressed to find a better agent to help sell your outdoor property.

My siblings and I used Hayden Outdoors/Alex Birney to sell 3 parcels of our family's land in Western Kansas. Alex met with us in person and during conference calls, patiently answered dozens of questions, both during phone calls, and in e-mails about the process. He listened to our requests for the type of buyer we were looking for who would continue our parent's ranching legacy. We were “rookie sellers” and Alex helped make this process as easy as possible. The properties were promoted as well as possible, photographing the properties at the optimum time.
