Multiple flights of geese pass over the property and it is not unusual to have a great goose hunt in the morning and get after a limit of pheasants in the afternoon. Bordering Enders Lake State Wildlife Area boasting 5700 public acres for a multitude of recreation opportunities, whether its hunting, fishing, or watersports. The State of Nebraska is doing a great job of providing good access to quality hunting and fishing.
Enders Reservoir is a good walleye, crappie, white bass, tiger muskie fishing lake. The lake offers excellent sandy beaches and exceptionally clean, clear water for enjoyment. There are large bluffs on the south side of the reservoir that all but block the predominant south winds in the summer. So, the lake stays calm compared to similar reservoirs in the area. Chase County also boasts well over 65,000 acres of public walk in access hunting. Additionally, the area is home to an abundance of small game such as sharp-tail grouse, prairie chicken, bobcat and coyote.
Enders Lake Golf Club is right across the highway from the campgrounds at the Lake. it has a 9 hole course and dining.
Imperial Nebraska is 13 miles from the ranch. Imperial is a progressive town of about 2100, it is the County Seat of Chase County. It offers a full array of services. Imperial Municipal Airport has a 5022 ft concrete runway.
