 Hunting- The ranch has been managed for quality wildlife. Trophy Whitetail Deer, trophy Mule Deer, Pronghorn, Turkey, quality waterfowl hunting, coyote, fox and the occasional elk call the property home. The seller has allowed only one deer hunter per year to hunt the property. As we toured the property, we saw numerous deer and antelope. Improvements-The ranch is well improved with a sprawling 4 bed, 3 bath main ranch home originally built in the 1870's that's been updated several times over the years. Area- Located in both Elbert and El Paso counties, 50 miles straight east of Colorado Springs. This high plains area is mainly a ranch and farm area known for its good short grass prairie and livestock gains. 

History- Originally owned by the Holt Livestock Company in the mid to late 1800's, Horse Creek was the headquarters of a sprawling ranch that covers several townships.
