This is a great opportunity to own an excellent 9-hole golf course in Southwest Nebraska. Located within walking distance of Enders Reservoir State Recreation Area, a 1500-acre impoundment. This well-manicured course hosts a good amount of play with tournaments and traffic from the locals and visitors alike. The course design is challenging enough for the more serious golfer and yet friendly to beginners and older players. The Enders golf course features a nice short-game practice area for chipping (with a sand trap) and putting green as well as a driving range to polish up the long game. The course currently hosts approximately 20 tournaments annually as well as three nights of league play throughout the summer. The well on this property has great water and 13” annual allocation for 93 acres.
The club house dining area has capacity to serve 100 dinner guests and offers dinner two nights per week. There is also a full-service bar open to golf patrons and dinner guests.
The listing also includes nearly 10 additional acres with 6 platted residential lots ranging from .6 – 1.1 acres and 12 RV lots measuring 25’x162” with full hookups. These will also be marketed separately.
This area of Southwest Nebraska is known for its pride in community, friendly folks, great hunting, fishing and few people. Whether you enjoy one or all of these activities this area surely will impress.
Enders Reservoir is a good walleye, crappie, white bass, tiger muskie fishing lake. The lake offers excellent sandy beaches and very clean clear water for enjoyment. There are large bluffs on the south side of the reservoir that all but block the predominant south winds in the summer. So, the lake stays pretty calm compared to similar reservoirs of its size.
The hunting in this area is outstanding with world class mule deer and white-tailed deer. Great turkey hunting and unbelievable access to public land for upland birds. It is not unusual to have a great duck or goose hunt in the morning on public or private land and kill a limit of pheasants in the afternoon. The State of Nebraska is doing a great job of providing good access to quality hunting and fishing.
This project or property is excellent for that person or people that love people and want to stay busy. Recreation! Recreation! Recreation! Please call me for a private showing.
