Hayden Outdoors is excited to announce the Hunt for Habitat 2025 event, kicking off on Pheasant Opening Weekend from November 7-9. Join us at the Price Convention Center in Goodland, Kansas, for an unforgettable experience that combines the thrill of hunting with a commitment to pheasant habitat conservation.
Hunters: Each Hunt for Habitat participant is asked to contribute $525.00, which covers the cost of sponsoring a corner for an entire year. This amount will be directly allocated to the landowner through Pheasants Forever. Included in the cost:
Community Members and Non-Hunters:
Friday Night: $100 per person, includes:
Saturday Night: $150 per person, includes:
Both Nights: $225 per person for both evenings
Table of 8: $1,500 for a reserved table of 8 to both nights, includes:
Friday, November 7th: Join us Friday, November 7th at 4:30 PM at the Price Convention Center in Goodland, Kansas.
Hunters will check in to receive their land access details and hunting group assignments. The evening will feature a cocktail hour, steak dinner, live music, and a raffle.
Saturday November 8th: Join us on Saturday, November 8th for a full day of hunting and entertainment.
Hunters can begin the morning with breakfast at the Price Convention Center from 5:30–8:00 AM before heading out for a day in the field.
Return to the Price Convention Center for dinner and live performance from a featured Grand Ole Opry country artist. Doors TBD, with keg beer included and a full cash bar available. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the hunt, the land, and the community.
Sunday, November 9th: On Sunday, hunters will have independent access to the fields, allowing them to pursue their hunting activities at their own pace and discretion.

The Pheasants Forever Kansas Corners for Wildlife Program offers producers the opportunity to improve both ROI and habitat opportunities by providing 5 years of annual rental payments for planting enrolled acres into an approved conservation cover mix. The program is available to landowners in three counties in Northwest Kansas (Sherman, Thomas, Logan). Pivot corners, playa, and other in-field wetland buffers, field borders, waterways, and other waste ground are eligible. Contracts are 5 years in length and provide an annual rental payment of $75 per acre.
