Tracy comes from a rich heritage of generational land owners who have long been Farmers, Hunters, Fishermen and Horsemen. As a legacy farm and land owner herself, Tracy desires to preserve the traditional ways of life that living on the land provides and it is what drives her to connect like-minded people with their dream properties.

Tracy spent her formative years on a small farm in Washington state where she was very involved in 4-H as a youth showing and training horses. She comes by hard work honestly, having grown up feeding animals, hauling wood and building and fixing fences. Her dad was a hunter and farm owner, while her mom was a gifted horsewoman. Tracy’s family spent summers visiting her mom’s beloved home state of South Dakota, where she fell in love with the Black Hills.

Tracy’s faith, her love of the land, the lifestyle it affords, as well as her care for those who spend their lives stewarding it, propel her to serve her clients with excellence.

Tracy spends her free time overseeing the nonprofit she founded, Charis Youth Ranch, a sanctuary for kids and horses, where rescued horses are partnered with at-risk youth to give horses a second chance and help youth build confidence and self-esteem. She can also be found riding her Off The Track Thoroughbred, Monny, through the mountains of Colorado, South Dakota and the wide open spaces of Nebraska.

Tracy has three grown sons and two daughters, all avid Hunters, Fishermen and Horsemen. She currently resides in Fort Collins, CO with her youngest daughter, Emma, and her senior citizen Australian Shepherd, Asher.

Tracy originally helped us buy when we moved to Colorado in 2017. When it came time to sell, we knew exactly who we wanted to call. Tracy got our house listed and sold in no time. It went under contract fast, but that one fell through. We put the house back on the market for more $$ and we had a same day full price offer. Tracy took care of everything.
