The first time Silas stepped onto the 107-acre farm he and his wife had spent years searching for, he was overwhelmed with gratitude—a moment of deep connection to both the land and to God. It was then that his calling became clear: to help others buy and sell their own piece of ground and guide them in realizing its full potential. Born and raised in central Kentucky, Silas has been immersed in the outdoors his entire life. For the past three years, he has owned and actively managed his land with a focus on whitetail habitat improvement. He’s passionate about maximizing a property’s potential—whether for recreation, agriculture, or investment—and brings that same dedication to every parcel of land he works with.

In addition to his land management experience, Silas previously founded a successful custom cabinetry business he built from the ground up over the last eight years. That journey—combined with his experience in the Army and as a firefighter—shaped his disciplined work ethic, client-first mindset, and strong attention to detail—qualities he’s proud to now bring to the real estate industry.

For Silas, faith and family come first. Silas and his wife are blessed with a four-year-old daughter and another baby on the way.
