Rich Ulmschneider

Rich Ulmschneider brings a unique blend of military discipline, business expertise, and land development experience to Hayden Outdoors. A Florida native, Rich served 12 years in the U.S. military, beginning with the elite 75th Ranger Regiment. The grit and leadership skills he developed carried into launching and operating a successful contracting business specializing in infrastructure construction for land development. Over the next 20+ years, he gained expertise in sales, negotiations, estimating, and project management. Known for his candor, integrity, reliability, and ability to deliver value-driven solutions, Rich is happy to bring these qualities and skills to the benefit of his clients in real estate transactions. Guided by his Christian faith, Rich views real estate as more than a career—it’s an opportunity to serve others with humility, patience, and respect. He also invests in his community as a chaplain for Trail Life at his local church, mentoring young men in faith, leadership, and character. Rich and his wife are blessed with 11 children, whom they homeschool with a focus on faith, hard work, and a love for the outdoors. Together, they enjoy traveling, sports, fishing, gardening, and making the most of the outdoors year-round.
