Kevin Kersey

Kevin Kersey is a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for land, agriculture, and the great outdoors. A Florida native, he grew up on his family’s cattle ranch and sod farm in St. Cloud, where he developed a deep appreciation for rural living and the values that come with it. From an early age, Kevin could be found riding horses, fishing, boating, hiking, camping, and enjoying all that nature has to offer.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education and Communication with a minor in leadership development from the University of Florida, followed by a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in secondary reading from Grand Canyon University. His career began in education, where he spent eight years as a teacher in Florida before transitioning into real estate and media.

Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2014, Kevin has built a career centered around helping others navigate the real estate market. He expanded his expertise as a Licensed Real Estate Instructor in 2018, sharing his knowledge with aspiring agents in Florida. In 2024, he took the next step in his journey by becoming a licensed real estate agent in Colorado, broadening his ability to serve clients across multiple markets.

Beyond real estate, Kevin has experience in strategic planning and media, having served as the Director of Strategic Planning for Rural Media Group; the parent company of RFD-TV, Rural Radio SXM147, The Cowboy Channel, and The Cowgirl Channel. His background in both business and education allows him to approach real estate with a unique perspective, combining industry knowledge with a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

Now based in Colorado and Florida, Kevin continues to embrace his love for the outdoors and the rural lifestyle. Whether he’s out on the land or helping clients find their perfect property, his dedication to building relationships and serving his community remains at the heart of his work.
