I'd highly recommend Jaci Digby to anyone and everyone who is looking for a motivated salesperson to sell their property. I owned about forty undeveloped acres in northern Albany County that I tried to sell for two years on my own. Yes, there were interested parties, but I was unable to close the deal so decided to list it through a realtor. I found Jaci Digby via an ad in the newspaper, and knew I had found an experienced professional as soon as I met her! Jaci identified a buyer the first day she listed my property! When that buyer fell through, she had a list of others who were also interested. Never for a moment did I doubt that she would sell my land, and within a month, she had found a qualified buyer and we closed the deal just 6 weeks after Jaci listed it. Jaci was absolutely the BEST to work with. When we first met her, I knew we had made the right decision in picking her for our realtor.
