I would like to say it was a pleasure working with such a Professional as Chad. He had a willingness to roll up his sleeves and get in there and do whatever needed to be done to get our cabin and property ready for listing. He found an all cash buyer with no contingencies which helped us. He was even able to talk the buyer into another 50,000 which was closer to the price we preferred. My wife and I decided it was time to make the move out of the big city and find a place where we could slow down and raise our kids. We searched for answers then we found Chad. We knew our horse property was in a prime location but it needed work. We had done a lot, the bones were good, but it certainly was not pretty.
