Allen Treadwell

Over the past six years, Allen Treadwell has closed more than $60 million in real estate sales across 100+ transactions, earning recognition as a four-time $10 Million Producer and a multiple-time Land Star Award recipient. His success is built on a practical understanding of land, strong client relationships, and the ability to evaluate properties through both a recreational and investment lens.

Allen’s background uniquely positions him in the land, recreational, and rural residential real estate space. Raised on a cattle and poultry farm in southern Missouri, he developed an early connection to the land and a working knowledge of agriculture and property management. He went on to become a world-class competitive shooter, competing across the United States and on six continents, earning multiple state, national, and world titles. He was also an alternate for the 2004 Olympic Games and has held several national records.

For over 20 years, Allen was a member of the Bass Pro Shops Pro Hunting Team, traveling across the country to highlight hunting adventures on various television shows. He continues to host Hayden Outdoors Life on the Land, which highlights properties, landowners, and the outdoor lifestyle across the country. Through decades of experience hunting and managing premier properties, he has developed a deep understanding of habitat improvement, wildlife management, and what makes a property both functional and enjoyable. His expertise includes whitetail, turkey, waterfowl, and upland game.

Allen was recently inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. He lives on his family farm in Southwest Missouri with his wife and daughter, where he remains closely connected to the land and lifestyle he represents.
