Wow!
Wow. Hayden Outdoor Realtors. Not enough words to express our appreciation. We decided to sell our 8 acre 16 year ranch, and hurriedly got it ready for sale. It was listed with another agency who only utilized MLS listings. Well MLS is only available to realtors, not the public. Three months went by and only one viewing, no contracts. When our listing contract was up we decided to go with Shad Sheldon and Hayden Outdoor Realtors. So glad we did. Our listing was placed on over 1,400 sites nationwide. Thirty-one days later, our ranch was SOLD !! If you want professionalism in the sale of your home, and sold quickly, Hayden Outdoor Realtors is the way to go. Customer Service
We were referred to Phil Phillips by one of his colleagues at Hayden Outdoors who couldn’t meet us when we planned our trip to Colorado to look at land. Phil was immediately attentive to our needs and did his best to show us properties he wasn’t familiar with in the Gunnison area. Several properties were unavailable to view, due to road closures for the sage grouse lekking season in May. As the first day wound down, with very little that we could feel good about, he suggested that we come over to the Montrose area and see properties he had listings for that fit our criteria. We met him the next day and after a few viewings, he took us to Log Hill south of Montrose and showed us two properties that immediately got our attention. The first of the two properties was the one that gave us that “a-ha” feeling with a fantastic view of Mt Sneffels and the San Juan Mountains range just 20 miles away. Phil showed us more parcels. After a bite to eat and showing us the nearby towns of Ouray and Ridgway, we all agreed the property with the view and price was speaking to our hearts. We returned to Texas and made an offer on the property. Phil tirelessly worked on our behalf the whole time with counter offers and getting more information about the property. He made an extra effort to get confirmation on the water well status which needed minor repairs to a control box. Phil was in constant contact with us and we closed approximately a month later. We recently visited the property in our RV and are now convinced it is our little piece of heaven on earth. We’ll begin developing our plans for a cabin very soon, hoping to build in the next few years. Hayden Outdoors has a great asset in Phil Phillips and we highly recommend him as an experienced and knowledgeable real estate professional who knows land characteristics, property standards, etc. His patience, persistence, likeable character, can do attitude, personable and positive outlook are qualities that will benefit his customers that he serves for Hayden Outdoors.

Understood how to market a high end hunting ranch!
I contacted Hayden Outdoors after researching their marketing strategy and observing the clientele they pursued. I was contacted by Dax Hayden and we discussed my ranch and a process for maximum results. I was assigned Jim Digby as my personnel realtor. Jim is an avid outdoorsman and understood how to market a high end stand alone hunting ranch. The clients he brought to us were vetted and motivated. This is the third project where we took property and developed it into a hunting facility. We are starting our next project and will be back with Jim and Hayden Outdoors. Great Communication
I wanted to send you a note to more formally thank you for your support in marketing and selling the Buckman mountain property in New Mexico. As you know, this was my second experience working with you and your professionalism and dedication were every bit as impressive on the sell side as on the buy side. In my mind you again went well and above any expectation I had, beginning with the thoughtful and organized approach to marketing the property and finishing with the impressive efficiency of the closing process. In between, further examples were equally if not more impressive. I was expecting that given the time of year and the remote nature of the property, it would be late spring before any realistic opportunity would arise but when you had an interested buyer, you were willing (and able) to move mountains to keep the transaction moving. In this case, mountains of equipment (GMC, Polaris, ski-doo) to get the prospective buyers in to see the property. Incredibly impressive indeed and when you add the level of communication throughout the process, it couldn't have been a better experience for me. Thanks again Greg for going the extra mile. Thorough and Knowledgeable
Justin was very thorough and knowledgeable on the process and how we needed to go about completing it. He didn't constantly rush or hound us on trying to make a decision, and I would recommend him. Justin was very professional, and courteous of our time and wishes to view the property, and made sure our questions were answered very timely. He took the time to make sure that we understood the agreements and what all was contained within them, I think that's a big move on his part to make sure we were happy with how it was going to play out.

Productivity & Professionalism
This is a letter of referral for Eric & Kerry Cromer. We looked on the internet and searched for a rural Kansas Realtor; we came across Hayden Outdoor's and saw that they were listed as the number 1 broker. We were extremely pleased when they came out walked the property, took photos and movies of the property. They discussed all the options with us, listing price and explained the procedures of selling our property. We selected them to sell our 46 Acre Property just outside of Great Bend, Kansas (Mystery River Property). We listed with them on Thursday and Friday they sold our property. They got us a contract for the full amount. Wow, wasn’t quite expecting it to sell so soon. They have contacts!
