  Hand Crafted Tiny House!  This remarkable 138 square foot cabin (tiny house) sits tucked in the woods on 35 acres at the southern base of west Spanish Peak.  A portion of this property borders San Isabel National Forest and the Spanish Peaks Wilderness Area.  Sitting on the front porch, look up and see West Spanish Peak.  Tucked in the aspens and the pines, a slice of heaven in the Colorado Rockies.  You can hear the headwaters of the Apishapa River sitting on the front porch (a small creek near the property).  Built with hand hewn logs, custom built cabinets, and cedar counter tops.  A must see to appreciate the craftsmanship that went into every detail.  The Cabin is set up similarly to an RV.  12 volt LED lighting, propane lantern style lights, 55 gallon water tank with 5 gallon propane water heater.  Indoor shower, pot belly wood stove, gas range and stainless steel double sink.  King size upper bed, futon sofa and vintage drop leaf table.  The A frame is nice for guests, it has a full size upper bed and queen size lower bed, with enough room for a crib size mattress.  A frame lighting is 12 volt LED.  Near the A frame there is a flat area for your cots or tents.  Outside covered table with fire pit for dutch oven cooking, and outdoor fireplace (outdoor wood stove).  The outhouse has a lot of charm!  Compost toilet (non burning), and ceramic sink.  Power is located nearby if service is wanted.  Access in the winter is limited to all terrain or tracked vehicles.  Winter maintenance ends about 1.3 miles down the road from this property.  The hunting in this area near Cordova Pass is excellent!  Over the counter elk tags can be purchased for GMU 85 during the archery or 2nd and 3rd rifle seasons.  There are good numbers of elk in this region as it boosts the largest elk herd east of the continental divide.  There is good cell phone service at the cabin with 4G internet, if you have the right provider.  No Covenants, or POA/HOA.  Come get this rare gem before it's gone!  Colorado brokers Welcome!
