Other recreational attractions and points of interest in the immediate area, and accessible by ATV or snowmobile from the Trading Post include: the historic ghost/mining town of Tin Cup, Union Park, Cumberland Pass (connecting Tin Cup and the town of Pitkin) and an extensive forest service trail system that would take years to fully explore.
If whitewater is more your thing, it’s easy to set up for an exciting day of riding the rapids. For the mountain biking enthusiast, the famous Doctor Park Trail offers one of the best mountain bike descents in the world. Hikers will find that the hiking in Taylor Canyon is second to none. Horseback riding and rock climbing are endless.
This is the unique chance of a lifetime to acquire a truly iconic property.
