Excellent access is provided by Karnes Road on the West side. The property is in a great ranching area and is only 13 miles North of Bassett, NE. Bassett is the county seat of Rock County. The town of 600 has all of the amenities needed, with a grocery store, parts store, convenience store, implement dealer, lumber yard, and one of the largest livestock markets in the state.
