Of the 3818 acres of deeded land, 3610 acres are classified as Agricultural with 400 Aum's being grazed for 6 months.

Location:

The ranch is located in Fergus County in central Montana, about 45 miles north of Lewistown and 15 miles west of the town of Winifred. The nearest major international airports are in Billings, Montana, or Great Falls, each about a 2-hour drive from the ranch and provides a broad range of services. Owners state there is a FAA approved 3,300 conceptual air-strip ready to be built. 
The ranch is situated in an area where families have farmed and ranched for generations. The current owners have owned the property for over 29 years.
