Additional water on the property is made up of three ponds of which two are stocked with bass, crappie and bluegill and offer great year round supply of fishing with some waterfowl hunting to boot. The pastures can sustain any type livestock one chooses to run here. The property's fencing is in good shape with a carry rate of around 20 units of cattle. The pastures can easily be improved to help increase the cattle carry capacity.
