Back at Shadow Mountain, 7 cabins ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms offers a great home base for guests to relax and get away, while not being to far from high end amenities. The cabins all have their own bathrooms and kitchenettes and outdoor deck. The main lodge offers two large wood burning stoves, a big dining room great for morning buffets, and a cozy living room. Above the main lodge there is are living quarters for staff. In  addition there are 2 more apartments being used for employees living quarters. 

Willow Creek also runs through the property and offers great Brown and Rainbow fishing for guest to enjoy. In additional there is a 1 acre pond located on the north side of the property. Pines and aspen tree encompass most of the property and giving this location a great mountain feel. Access to thousands of acres of National Forest is just out the backdoor.

Come fall, many hunters will use the cabins as home base, the use of the cabins allows you access to two private roads which will get you right into the prime elk and deer National Forest. Falltime also offers a special time when the aspen tree turn blaze orange. Shadow Mountain currently lease out the Horseback Rides but is set up well to run inhouse. Biking, snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, hiking and much more are right out your backdoor on the Arapahoe/ Roosevelt National Forest.
