400 acres of prime recreational hunting property located in Major County, Oklahoma.  Hunting of whitetail deer and Rio Grande wild turkey is well known in this region of Oklahoma for the abundant numbers and quality of genetics.  This region of Oklahoma also holds bob white quail and offers some great upland hunting opportunities as well.

Interior of the cabin is of modest design and is very functional for a hunting cabin.  This cabin offers a great asset to this property due to the property's remote location. Access to the property is by established lease roads that are common in the area with oil and gas production. The main interior roads are of very sandy soils that can limit access other than anything but 4WD or atv's. 

 No minerals are included with the sale however there is a wind energy lease that went into place in 2016. The landowner currently receives income from this lease on a per acre, per year income that has 3 years remaining before renewal.
