Property Description

Situated just above the Atlantic City Road at the east end of the Atlantic City Historic District, this snug little cabin offers history buffs, outdoor enthusiasts and sportsmen proximity to the South Pass area and thousands of acres of its surrounding public lands. This property is adjacent to BLM land and a few steps from downtown AC. Good winter access make this an easy hunting base to get in and out of late in the season. Wood heat and new insulation will keep everybody warm while you're there. The tidy interior has been recently completed in the main cabin building. One bedroom and a beautiful new custom 3/4 bath make efficient use of the cozy living space. A new modern refrigerator, gas range and hood round out the freshly surfaced kitchen work area. The skylit hallway has been dried in between the cabin and the spacious 1200 square foot, 2-car garage. The newly constructed garage allows for the completion of a bathroom and utility area as well as sleeping accomodations at the top of the staircase. Water to the cabin is provided by an excellent well.

This historic cabin was relocated in the 1970's to its current location from its original building site at Beer Garden Gulch. It is currently designated on the Atlantic City Historical Society walking tour.
